Gateshead based not for profit organisation St Shad’s Community Project are currently relaunching their conference, meeting and office space offering. To support the relaunch, Perro were asked to develop a marketing strategy and new brand identity.

After facilitating workshops, a strategy document and marketing plan was created and presented. The document explored areas including St Chad’s proposition, unique values, touch points, key messages and target markets. Competitors were also analysed and segmented. The 6 month marketing plan uses a combination of tactics including inbound and outbound marketing activity.

Perro also developed a new name and brand identity. The identity consists of a master and sub brand logos, strap line, colour palette and illustrations.

Throughout 2015, the new identity will be applied to marketing literature and a digital marketing strategy.
