On Friday evening our Creative Director Andy Ditchburn was lucky enough to be invited to attend the Living North 2015 Awards.
The evening, designed to celebrate the North East, was held at the unique and inspiring St. Nicholas Cathedral in Newcastle City Centre. A champagne and canapé reception was followed by sampling different styles of luxurious food and drink, served from various points around the Cathedral.
The host for the evening, actor and comedian Jason Cook was expertly supported by the Dishforth Military Wives and Decibels choirs. Other entertainment included the legendary North East band Lindisfarne.
Perro clients, Calvert Trust Kielder and Coastal Retreats won awards in the Changing Lives and Accommodation of the Year categories. Lindisfarne Oysters were shortlisted in the Local Producer of the Year category.
Other award winners included Sage Gateshead, Hooker and Young, Burtree Puddings, Ringtons and Dame Margaret Barbour. Our congratulations go out to everyone who won an award, or was shortlisted!
It really was a truly spectacular and memorable evening. We’re already looking forward to 2016!
