Since the BIPC Newcastle initially launched in 2010, our Creative Director Andy Ditchburn has acted as an Expert in Residence.
Recently the BIPC Newcastle has announced their Citylife Business Support programme. Funded by Newcastle City Council and the North of Tyne Combined Authority, Citylife is a £1.5 million capacity fund, created to help businesses who’ve been adversely affected by the Covid-19 global pandemic.
As part of the programme, businesses based ‘North of Tyne’ can access 8 hours fully funded support with an Expert in Residence.
Businesses can use this time with Perro to support all areas including brand, design, digital or marketing consultancy.

As well as the fully funded 8 hours, Citylife will also deliver workshops tailored to specific business needs and a free events programme based on current business challenges.
To be eligible, a business must –
Be a small or medium-sized enterprise, located within the local authority areas of Newcastle, Northumberland or North Tyneside.
Have been trading on and before 11th March 2020.
